Free Talk in Waterford on ‘How to be Happy and Content’

Are you looking for happiness and contentent?

Caroline Crotty, psychotherapist and Area Coordinator with GROW, together with John Lonergan, former Governor of Mountjoy and GROW Patron, will co-present a public talk entitled ‘How To Be Happy And Content’ in Waterford next month.

The talk will take place on TuesdaySeptember 5th, in the Edmund Rice Centre, Mount Sion, Barrack Street, Waterford. No admission charge applies.

Teas and coffee will be served at 7.30pm while the talk will get underway at 8pm and finish at 9.30pm.

Happy people work hard at being happy, it just doesn’t happen by chance. Caroline and John will provide you with a road-map to help you find happiness and contentment in your life. You will rediscover some of the pointers to happiness.

The evening is provided by GROW and is open to all to attend. Simply turn up on the evening, bring your friends and family.
