GROW in Ireland, North Western Region is presenting a four week community programme entitled “Understanding Your Mental Health”, commencing on Monday 16th November 2015 at 8.00pm in The Hive, Co Leitrim.

Week 1 – Monday 16th November – “Positive Mental Health”

Week 2 – Monday 23rd November – “Understanding the impact of thoughts on Moods/Behaviour.

Week 3 – Monday 30th November – An Introduction to Mindfulness”

Week 4 – Monday 7th December – The Recovery approach to Mental Health and GROW.

The aim of the programme is to promote community awareness around mental health issues and to open up discussion and inform people about supports.
