New GROW Group Commencing in Co. Cavan

GROW is starting a weekly peer support group  in Focus Family Resource Centre, Killashandra in Co. Cavan.

The new group will meet each Thursday from 7.30 to 9.30pm. Come along any Thursday to learn how to improve your mental health and get support from others who understand.

The GROW Program encourages its members to find and develop their personal strengths and work towards recovery and improving their mental health in a supportive and confidential environment. All over 18 are welcome and the weekly meetings are free of charge.
