‘How to be Happy and Content’ Talk in Waterford

The former Governor of Mountjoy Prison and GROW Patron, John Lonergan and Caroline Crotty, Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Area Coordinator for GROW will give a much-anticipated talk in Waterford. 

The talk entitled ‘How to be Happy and Content’ will take place in the Edmund Rice Centre, Mount Sion, Barrack Street, Waterford on Tuesday, September 5thLearning how to be happy and content

The talk will provide a road-map to help you find happiness and contentment in your life. ‘Happy people’ work hard at being happy, it just doesn’t happen by chance. You are guaranteed an enjoyable, relaxing evening and you might even go home with a smile on your face!

During the talk, you will discover some of the ‘secrets’ of happiness and contentment.

The Waterford event follows on from a hugely successful presentation on the same topic delivered by John and Caroline during the ‘Helping Communities Bloom’ weekend in Dungarvan in April.
