The Power of Story
This month Jenny sat with Dr. Pat Brakcen and Dr. Mike Watts to talk about the power a personal story has to inspire hope and lead the way to recovery. Both guests share the stories that changed them and talk about the importance incorporating story into the mental health recovery process. We also talk about the latest volume of Grow group member stories published in a volume titled Stories of Hope and Recovery, curated by Mike. As always, we would love to hear what you think at [email protected]
Thank you for listening!
