Find a Support Group
Why Join a Support Group?
Whether you are diagnosed with mental health illness, you just simply feel you cannot cope with what life throws at you or know someone you’d like to help – our local groups are there for you.
The group meetings are anonymous, you don’t even need to register, no introduction is needed, just come along.
There are no charges or membership fees, and you’ll be surrounded with people who know exactly what you’re going through by walking the same path or having recovered from similar issues.
The method we use during group meetings has proven success for the past fifty years. You’re in good hands. If you still need some time before meeting us, please read some of the Success Stories of our members.
Please note that due to the Coronavirus restrictions, all GROW Mental Health Recovery Support Groups have been suspended until further notice.
However, we are pleased to announce that online groups will be up and running from Monday April 20th.
To find out how you can join an online group please contact our info line on 1890 474 474 or complete our ‘Call Back’ form.
Call our info line if you require any further assistance.
