The Grow Program is based on the 12-Steps of Recovery and Growth
The 12 Steps of Recovery and Growth are the framework for the Grow Program. At each weekly meeting, we work through the step that is right for us in that present moment. Everyone takes the steps at their own pace and is supported along the way by their group.

We know that progression isn’t always linear, so often we return to a certain step when we meet a new life challenge.
The aim is that we bring these steps into our every daily life and this process is continually ongoing – it eventually becomes a way of living and a way of life. The 12 Steps of Recovery and Growth contains the secret of your gradual systematic transformation.
