This month the Grow Mental Health community gathered for our annual National Weekend and we explored the concept of opening ourselves up to friendship. We took the opportunity to record our Grow podcast live. Jenny was joined by Grow member and Board member Gerry and a podcast favourite Liz, a Grow Area Coordinator and author.
