Grow Mental Health peer support meetings are free and open to anyone struggling with a mental health challenge. Our program is based on a 12-step approach, including weekly tasks, reporting, and sharing personal struggles in a safe and confidential space. Our meetings are attended and led by people who have been there who can share their experiences of recovery and hope.
