MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT GROUPS - ONLINE

The easiest way to join one of our Online Mental Health Support groups is by filling out our registration form below. 

We run Online Support Groups – Monday – Friday [Morning, Afternoon and Evening Groups].

We also run a dedicated online Men’s Support Group and Women’s Support Group, if you wish to register, please click on the buttons below.

Additionally, we also run an online 4-week introductory course to give you an insight into how the weekly support group meetings are structured and run. 

If you were a member of an Online Grow Support Group in the past, and you are looking to re-join us again, please contact your Area Coordinator directly or the regional office in the contact us section.
