MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT GROUPS - ONLINE
The easiest way to join one of our Online Mental Health Support groups is by filling out our registration form below.
We run Online Support Groups – Monday – Friday [Morning, Afternoon and Evening Groups].
We also run a dedicated online Men’s Support Group and Women’s Support Group, if you wish to register, please click on the buttons below.
Additionally, we also run an online 4-week introductory course to give you an insight into how the weekly support group meetings are structured and run.

What are the benefits of Online Support Groups?
– Online Support Groups suit new people who don’t have the confidence to attend a physical In-Person group, particularly if it is their first time attending a Grow Meeting.

– No Travel Required – just a quiet room in your house.
– Online supports those who need help and would otherwise not wish to attend a physical In-Person group.
– Ideal for anyone short in time.
– Easy to fit in when juggling time and commitments.
Online provides a space for everyone but ultimately, it is your choice whether you want to go online or in person.
