This role coordinates the data management of Grow Groups, monitoring, reporting and evaluating the Grow group work in support of Grow’s vision, mission and goals. Maternity cover for approximately one year starting in December of 2023.

The purpose of the role is to manage the HR function in Grow Mental Health and to work directly with the People and Culture Manager to ensure delivery of the People and Culture work plan driven by the organisation’s strategic plan and objectives.
