Grow Mental Health are currently seeking to recruit a
Governance, Compliance, and Risk Officer
21 hours/week
Based out of our office in Swords, Co. Dublin or other offices around the country

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about empowering and SAFEGUARDING the recovery of people who are affected by mental health challenges.
The purpose of the role is to ensure coordination and delivery of Governance, Compliance and Risk within Grow Mental Health. The role will involve coordinating multiple simultaneous work streams and communicating effectively with colleagues to ensure project deadlines are met and benefits delivered. To identify Grow’s requirements under governance, compliance and risk. To roadmap and action required and plan, organise and deliver our compliance in these areas. To support Grow on its continuous improvement plan by managing related activities efficiently and effectively. To work with the Crisis Communication team and other committees where appropriate.
Grow Mental Health host over 100 free weekly peer to peer support groups, where anyone over 18 can work through mental health challenges in a friendly community setting. Each week those attending our groups use The Grow 12 Step Program of Recovery and Growth. Our volunteers and several of our employees are people who have attended our groups and used The Grow Program to improve their own mental wellbeing through self-development.
