There are some positive findings for GMH in relation to longer term Members reporting more positive recovery outcomes for four indicators. In particular, Members who were attending Grow for one year or more were significantly more likely to report the following (compared to Members for less than one year):
being less severely affected by their mental health symptoms
better coping with their emotional or mental health well-being
not to have experienced a relapse of mental health symptoms in the last year
Finally, Members attending Grow for more than 5 years were significantly more likely to report not being hospitalised in the last year compared to Members attending for less than one year and between one and five years (page 33).
